The product warranty guarantees mechanical defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, as well as essential parts that affect the operation of the product. For optimal performance, we recommend removing removable batteries when the item is not in use.

Should you decide to make a warranty claim, please make sure to include the following in your return package within 90 days of purchase:
1. Completed warranty form
2. Proof of purchase
3. The item itself in a zip lock bag separate from any paperwork
Chisa-novelties processes warranty claims within 5 working days of receiving the claim. Upon receiving the claim, a payment request for the shipping fee will be sent to you through PayPal. Warranty claims in which the shipping fee is not paid within 60 days of the sent PayPal request will be automatically closed and the product will be destroyed and no exchange granted. This warranty does not cover items damaged by battery corrosion or exposure to water (with the exception of waterproof items). It is suggested that items with removable batteries are removed when item is not in use. This product is sold as a personal massager.
