1. Eligibility & account access
CHISA supplies age-restricted products exclusively to verified business customers. Access to trade pricing, quotations, and ordering is limited to registered companies whose representatives are 18 years of age or older. Consumer purchases for personal use are not offered.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information provided during onboarding and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Accounts may be suspended where verification cannot be completed or where information is found to be inaccurate.
2. Quotations & pricing
Prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times are provided for wholesale purposes and are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation or supply agreement. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to stock availability at the time of order.
Tiered pricing reflects the aggregate quantity ordered and may be revised where order composition changes. Currency, duties, and freight terms are stated per quotation and follow the agreed Incoterms.
3. Orders & fulfillment
An order is accepted once CHISA issues an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where product is unavailable, where compliance requirements are unmet, or where the destination market is restricted.
Risk and title pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. Delivery dates are estimates and are not of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing.
4. Payment, cancellation & returns
Payment terms, deposits, and any cancellation or return conditions are as stated in the applicable quotation or signed supply agreement. Unless that document says otherwise, orders are not cancellable after order confirmation, and returns are handled under the warranty or after-sales terms in your agreement—not as open retail returns.
5. Compliance & documentation
Product documentation is provided for reference. The importer of record remains responsible for local registration, labeling, customs clearance, and any market-specific approvals in the destination market.
Availability varies by region. Certain markets are restricted or unavailable; see the Compliance center for current regional status. You are responsible for complying with export, import, and sanctions rules applicable to your order and destination.
6. Private label & intellectual property
For private label programs, you warrant that any brand names, artwork, and packaging you supply do not infringe third-party rights, and you grant CHISA a limited license to use those materials solely to fulfill your program.
CHISA product designs, catalog content, and documentation remain the property of CHISA and may not be reproduced except as needed to resell the supplied products.
7. Warranties & liability
Products are covered by the warranty terms stated in your supply agreement. To the extent permitted by law, CHISA’s liability is limited to the value of the products giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. General
This page is a summary for website visitors. If you have a signed supply agreement, that agreement controls—including governing law and dispute resolution. If you do not yet have an agreement, the governing law and arbitration clause above apply to use of the site and pre-contract dealings.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Where a signed supply agreement exists, that agreement is the complete agreement for supply and prevails over this summary page.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy.
