PAYMENT-
We accept payment in the form of T/T or Paypal.
TERMS-
When payment is done, pls allow our company at least 2-5 business days for confirmation as the international payment can’t reach within 3 business days.
SHIPPING-
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 days of the receipt. If some item is out of stock, we will advise you before sending out. We ship via UPS, DHL or FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are made.
Delievery:delievery time is 15-25days. EXW TERM.
DAMAGE GOOD AND SHORTAGES-
We exercise great care when packaging goods. Any and all damages and /or shortages must be reported to Chisa Group Ltd. within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If any boxes
arrived opened, re-taped or damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. Save the original carton(s) for their inspection.
REPLENISHMENT-
All the damaged or shortage of merchandise and package, will send to our customer in the next order, If refusal results because of Chisa Group Ltd. fault, the order will be fully credited or reshipped at our own expense.
