What is not covered?

What conditions would result in no replacement?
-
1.Personal or cashier cheques are not accepted. All claims received that include personal or cashier's cheques will be destroyed and no replacement will be sent.
2.All claims submitted without proof of purchase will be destroyed and no replacement will be sent.
3.All claims submitted with an item that is not properly packed in a zip lock bag will be destroyed and no replacement will be sent.
4.Warranty claims in which the shipping fee is not paid within 60 days of the PayPal request sent will be automatically closed and the product will be destroyed and no exchange granted.

How long will it take to process my claims?

Chisa-novelties processes warranty claims within 5 working days of receiving the claim. Upon receipt of the claim, a payment request for the shipping fee will be sent to you via PayPal.

Should you decide to make a warranty claim, please make sure to include the following in your return package within 90 days of purchase:

2. Proof of purchase
3. The item itself in a zip lock bag separate from any paperwork
